Resistance effects are calculated in this order:
1. Percentage Reduction
2. Flat Reduction
3. Flat Penetration
4. Percentage Penetration
So % penetration is always last and always produces losses when combined with other kinds of resistance reducing effects."

"TF is good, but Mallet is better IMO.
I would advice you to not play him atm tho. Riot is probably buffing/changing his skills soon because he's currently very UP."
