Use 9/0/21 masteries. They are by far the best ones for Fiddlesticks.

MP5 or MP5/lvl seals
CDR or AP/lvl glyphs
AP or HP quints
Fiddles should be somewhat tanky and there are a few nice items for that:
Rod of Ages solves any kind of mana problems he might have when comb"
