He's currently kinda meh, BUT Riot are removing the unlimited power on his Q and buffing other things. He is kind of a tank and jungle tanks are very welcome in the current meta :D"

They can both start with vamp scepter and jungle pretty safely if played right.
Gogo TheOddOne's guides! But replace the ArP quints he's recommending for AD quints. They make jungling way faster and with vamp scepter; way safer."
