Posted a Comment: Sep 8th, 2020 "Votes are based on people's thoughts... Generally league players tend to think of ANY NEW CHAMP as OP. And I doubt people change their votes much. New metas have new tiers but this tier list doesn't change much so can't really stay updated or relevant."
