"I bought them although I don't have their skins yet. There was no sign of their existence (like a section that shows which borders I have) so I got worried that they don't actually exist :/

Hi. I had a question about borders. I've bought Irelia's project border and Fiora's Pulsfire border. (from Pulsefire and Project events)
Now I dunno how they work :/ I assume that I should use...
