"not only sustained/burst, but AD carries scales with gold and need farm. AP are more exp dependant - that is why they are on solo lane. And AD carries are too squishy alone and would be destroyed mid by jungler.

Just pick kennen who stun her ignoring her spellshield and u are safe.
Or any other burst heroes.
When she miss Q free harass for you. When she W creeps, free harras for you as that Q does not do much dmg without pool."
