Mord isnt a bad duelist if you build cdr and go machine gun style to keep your shield up, 
Ionian Boots of Lucidity and Frozen Heart, along with Will of the Ancients for spellvamp. YES, i know there is a mana gem, but the rest of the stats are soooo good against a mele character that its worth the 400 gold extra for it.

Malzahar is scary, no joke. Hate that ult. Olaf gets my vote because even if he is outmatched his passive + true damage can often nick a victory for you.If no one has any summoner spells and full gear, I find it unlikely
Tryndamere would lose.
You can't peddle papooses with a dancing monkey.
Morde isn't a very good duelist unless you start talking about being outnumbered. He is one of the few champions that can fight multiple people with little problem. This way his AoEs give exponentially more damage for his shield. 1v1 with no minions or other champions to work off of, his shield is much more difficult to work up.
Personal habitual activites? Utilizing gargantuan idioms to fabricate intelligence.

Depends on the exact combat rules.
But my votes must go to AP CC burst masters with some spellvamp, so : Karthus, Cassio, Swain, AP MUMU.
Or we can say that fully geared Ashe can 1v1 near any1....
AP geared Soraka with rylai can do miracles too...
Also onhit Cho can get you little lower and destroy with his disables+ulti combo.
We can also say that Janna can win after 10m chasing her around the map :D
