I've been on this one for awhile with many people and so far the consensus seems to be even as far as opinions go. I think content is something that adds to the game so I.E. champions/characters, maps, h.u.d.s', announcers, and skins/vanity items. I don't however think that icons, banners, and loading screen boarders are content. I know those things can take some time and design behind them sometimes, but I don't see it as game changing or helpful to the game. Well I think it's time I come back after quite the break from most blogs and other things I do. E3 was eventful and time consuming, but now there's all the time in the world. So I recently HAD a friend who asked me "hey want 50,000 RP for free?" I immediately asked him "How are you getting this?" He replied back with "from my extract files u need those and riot will give left over RP." So it went on for awhile of him trying to get my account info to give me "FREE RP" as he said.
