Well it's been a long while since I've done one of these and I think it's about time I jump back in the saddle. This one's going to be a lengthy one and I feel rightfully so since it's about some very big things.

I've been on this one for awhile with many people and so far the consensus seems to be even as far as opinions go. I think content is something that adds to the game so I.E. champions/characters, maps, h.u.d.s', announcers, and skins/vanity items. I don't however think that icons, banners, and loading screen boarders are content. I know those things can take some time and design behind them sometimes, but I don't see it as game changing or helpful to the game.
