I've been on this one for awhile with many people and so far the consensus seems to be even as far as opinions go. I think content is something that adds to the game so I.E. champions/characters, maps, h.u.d.s', announcers, and skins/vanity items. I don't however think that icons, banners, and loading screen boarders are content. I know those things can take some time and design behind them sometimes, but I don't see it as game changing or helpful to the game. Well I think it's time I come back after quite the break from most blogs and other things I do. E3 was eventful and time consuming, but now there's all the time in the world.
