Researching a lot actually, i enjoy the game, what frustrates me is i'm constantly getting dropped out of promo, or when i'm 1 win away from promo and just go back and forth not reaching it for days."

"I could harass my lane opponent very hard with it so i always rushed it, than yea pretty much snowballed out of control. But lately i'm kind of forced to build really tanky as soon as possible =/"

"Actually flat armor pen is pretty ineffective since S3. Flat ArPen reds make like 5-10 difference even on AD carries who don't build armor.
Best way is %reduction or %penetration to pass defenses."
