"rengar needs a little forethinking, if he has 0 fury (or whatever it's called) he can't burst so hard, otherwise a jump->W->E->Q->Q could rape pretty hard.
The biggest problem with Rengar imo is he lacks CC and team utility."

Actually wukong has att speed buff in nimbus strike, armor reduction in crushing blow which synergize well with BotRK, and since Wu lacks natural sustain the lifesteal makes it great for him.
Goes well with other champs too that have similar skill"
