"Thats not how EUNE works lol, people sometimes go to rank without the skills even necessary to win bot games...
thinking about getting a team and streaming, ofcourse still need feedback. wukong is rare on EUNE and even if you see one he most likely sucks =/ "

Items and masteries are not updated yet in the MOBAFIRE guide system. They only stating that some changes are known.

"Have you tried Fratma combo? (frozen mallet+atma's impaler)? It gives you about 60 AD total, some armor and HP too, which is pretty neat on talon
Point is:
cutthroat applies on hit effects, like frozen mallet's slow in this case, which activates your mercy and your whole "
