Well, I have some friends who do it 'for the lols'.
I do it for the experience, but that's the sole reason I've never stuck to a single team (leave or get kicked after a few months or so).

"It's possible not to take flash on Kassadin, but only if the matchup is favourable, even with the existence of junglers. In all due consideration, it's relatively easy to weather it out until level 6, and wards can always negate the need to have a flash for escapes anyway.
