"zephyr doesn't synergise with Infinity Edge at all. ADCs don't usually have enough defensive power to withstand CCs anyway, so Tenacity is practically a wasted stat. 20 AD is negligible compared to damage done by Crit Hits. CDR is nice, but auto-attacks work too."
