Jaz and Tiamat/Ravenous Hydra
Is it remotely viable to build Tiamat/Ravenous Hydra on Jax? Perhaps as a luxury item?I would like some thoughts on this.

"Rylai's Crystal Scepter isn't core anymore, but it's not particularly bad either. More of a luxury item if you're really facerolling the enemy and you want a bit more sticking power."

"I said the same thing with Yorick. 4 wins in a row (2 in S2 and then 2 in S3) and then I had the sheer idiocy (or arrogance) to say in the following game 'I'm a beast Yorick, I'll take top against Teemo.' Won lane, lost game really badly. FFS."
