"Yes, she does. Primarily because your build is running full damage and does nothing for a team situation. Slows and stuns are great, but that's about all ashe can do. If you're looking for hard engages, sure she can work. But then you might as well pick sona, thresh or annie instead."

Runes are fine.
Masteries are pretty rubbish, too. 13/0/17 is pretty pointless when you can"
