"You're trading 1 AD for basically 1% crit chance. You really don't lose all that much and can potentially gain a lot. I've snowballed off the back of that 1% crit 2-3 times that I can recall.
On supports, though... unless you're AA-ing a lot, I don't really see a reason to get it. Maybe annie"

"Yeah, for me, the Video Contributor title stopped me from getting Scout, so it's possible that it's done the same with Editor. You can try seeing if it's manually available in your profile.
Edit Profile -> Title: Editor -> Title: Scout (if available)
