Once you get to 60-something stacks, you can actually heal yourself while doing Baron.
I tested it some more.
At one point I had 12k gold. Just running Flare, boots and Sheen.
I could still kill anyone on the enemy team.

It takes away one of the biggest jungle changes this season, mana sustain.
I'm always mana starved.
The moment blue buff runs out, I'm out of mana.
It lacks sustain in general.
