"I would recommend you change your masteries. Good hands is very much so superior to Perserverence, especially in your case. Your regen rates are only about 30 per 5s for hp and mana, meaning perserverence is only giving you a bonus of 1 per 5 seconds, where good hands could mean winning or losing"
