"Did you even read the description of the Madred before buying it ingame / linking it in this guide ?
You can not deal 12% of their max hp with your W unless the enemy is heal'ed back to 100% between each shot. Madred passive deals % of current enemy hp."

"Try to not aggro enemy minions, they hit hard especially in the first levels.
Use a lot of Auto attacks if you have more range.
Try to last hit the enemy minions with your autoattacks, so you can use your damage skills on the enemy champs (thinking about the Q of kayle here, W from annie, etc)"

If you want a bot + jungler champ, you have to look at the supports that can also jungle : alistar (maybe blitz, not sure bout his jungle), or jungler that can be good supports like nautilus.
