"Doran's Blade is not a bad start, but it is still slightly worse than Doran's Ring or The Dark Seal in terms of damage.
From Toxic Shot alone Teemo deals 10,5 extra magic damage from on one AA with the 15 ap. Blinding dart also only benefits from ap and not ad.
