Posted a Comment: "Yes, but lifesteal isn't used for fighting, it's used to heal up after combat. You don't need the extra 3% with a wriggles or BT, and the 3% won't allow you to heal up after a fight. Lifesteal is used to remove the need to recall after a fight, it basically only helps you push."
