There are two problems with comparing Warmog's Armor to Randuins+Banshee's.
1. Randuin's + Banshee's is TWO items.
2. Randun's Omen alone costs more than Warmog's Armor does, then there is the extra 2800g for Banshee's.
Two items can NEVER beat one item in terms of "flexibilit"
