I just tryed Udyr with 21/0/9, and started long sword 1 pot, and weird ass runes, like AD marks/quints, armor seals, and flat CDR glyphs.
Basically, i did golems>Red, and level 2 ganked a Riven and Two shot her with double tiger."

If you should build Ali any kind of way, it should be CDR.
Getting his headbutt/pulv down to like 5-6 seconds is nasty.
