"AtS is currently the best rune in regards to fury generation, and 4 fury/5 is equivalent to 5.12% AtS for Tryndamere( (.16/.625)/5 ), and 4.81~ for Renekton( (.16/.665)/5 ).
I just don't think that 4 fury/5 would be balanced considering current stat allocations on runes."
