"Can i recommend 1 flat ap blue, 3 flat ap quints, and 8 ap/lvl blues? :)
It gets you passive at level 2, with your 7 ad reds, and 2 magic pen reds, you get AD passive.
Then you can use hp/lvl or armor seals instead."
