"Mordekaiser isn't viable in higher ELO play, basically anything above 1800 he's useless.
Mordekaiser absolutely feeds on the mistakes of your enemy, but if your enemy doesn't make enough mistakes, and knows how to fight against mordekaiser, he's pretty useless.

Soul Stealer is ONLY worth it if you get 20 stacks.
Haunting Guise + Frozen Heart is more damage and more tank.
Oh, and warmogs too, item is drastically overpriced, and really bad on mordekaiser."
