"Oh, feel the need to clarify: Only really brought this up because of the semi-common habit of people getting brawler's gloves starts on gangplank. Personally I normally went with a different start which provides wards, though since adc's dont get wards, and lucian had a higher than norma"

"nope, though if you want to know the highest possible spellvamp its 93% on akali because of her passive twin disciplines which allows her to gain spellvamp based on her total ad.
to get 93% you need:
to be on twisted treeline
95 AD - Sanguine Blade (fully stacked)

"Look up your champ on mobafire, and hover your mouse on the attacks that scale with ap/ad. Itll show you their exact scaling there (btw most moves scale with less than 100%ad or ap)"
