"Oh very interesting, I never thought about doing that with GA, not sure how gold efficient that would be. Probably a smart idea in super late game when you've completed your build anyway. Most of the other passive/actives with a cooldown have a low enough cooldown to not justify rebuying the item."

"well, tbh no one really plays TT, it's plagued with flaws that even the devs recognize and don't care too much to fix. An occassional TT is fun, but I'm not sure how much effort I would put into understanding it as well as I do summoner's rift.
