"So. Obviously the first thing I'm going to do is open my League client, click Play->Ranked Solo/Duo->ADC/Support->Find Match. Once I get into the match I'll make sure seraphine isn't banned, set up my runes, and pick her. Then I'll go ahead and look at the items you suggest. LOLOLOLOL

This main set of runes is also the lane bully runes, correct? When I mean lane bully runes I mean the ones that give you mobility but also the ability to constantly poke the enemy laner under tower and away from your minions.
