"Hi , in the jungle we don't really take electrocute because even though it adds to his damage output, it prevents him from scaling as well as he does with dark harvest. While it may his main rune page in the mid lane, it works better there because he is in a 1v1 situation alm"

Ack! Where is lulu??? She's definitely been a very prevalent champion in the top lane recently what with her poke ability and her assistance in teamfights with her insane utility. I feel like she could definitely at least be on this tier list.
