Honestly, I feel like you're completely underwhelming the power of supports like veigar, neeko, and shaco.

I don't know if it's based on personal preference or what, but I personally think elise should be in the first tier, she's really powerful with a lot of burst and once she's level 3 she whips booty against squishies. I guess another part of your tier list could be situationality"

"Never played urgot before, but I could see where these placements are coming from. However, I would have thought riven would go in the "terrible matchup" tier since she's super annoying and is pretty mobile in the close range.
