My name is James. I'm a smalltown college student who is getting through day-by-day by eating mostly ramen noodles and bread, and studying ahead a few weeks in order to get good grades. I live in a rented room out of a 150-year old dilapidated farmhouse with no insulation or heating other than the wood stove downstairs. My room temperature stays about the same as the outside during the winter, and sometimes I wake up with frost covering the top blanket. I always sleep under 5 blankets to ensure I stay warm at night and don't die of frostbite or something else like hypothermia. during the summer it's okay though because it's a small room and the ceiling fan takes up about 1/5th of the ceiling. I work part-time as a bicycle-ran pizza delivery man, in order to pay for my rent and college tuition.
