Runes i would keep as you got no alternative for it (you need glyphs for cooldown and marks for magic penetration) Items "

Bad thing about mine is that it takes skill to survive early game where you found a solution with defense masteries ect. Feel free to give me some feedback on my guide of tryn aswell a"

Second i suggest that you warn players that starting with focusing on attack speed is a huge risk. You won't ever hit double as fast as your opponent early"

My own build is lane based and got same weak spots (thorn mail, squishy, ect. ) We only got some different items and runes but i can see why you pick those. Good build and pretty original to go jungle with him. +1"
