"He's not even that good of a pusher anymore compared to the likes of katarina, anivia, zed, khazix, etc.
He can push, but he can't roam. He can 1v1, but he can't 1v2.
Why not pick someone that can push, roam, AND 1v5 like kat and khazix?

Yes. Try them on jungle and top cho'gath.
I really think they are outclassed by every other type of boot, but they have a teensy tiny place, although with the new 'alacrity' enchantment, boots 3...
