"AD malzahar is nothing new. It was fairly common earlier when he was released. The problem with AD malzahar is that it isn't effective unless your voidling is out and frenzied, which is not very often. It's cute and unexpected, but you still stand to be abused in lane. Needs a defensive item or two."
