MS is generally the best. For j4 and jayce, flat ad is pretty great.
My go-to quints for top are:
movespeed (malph, cho, rumble, vlad, tryndamere, many more)
flat ad (nidalee, teemo, riven, a few others)
flat armor (i have a bajillion rune pages so when I'm playing j4 against "
