"Damn near perfect, kudos. I would, however, take surge and exhaust out of the alternative summoners option. Your support should be running exhaust, and surge is ass."

"correct, but extremely short. also, good hands sucks. take more mana.
Also, consider attack speed marks. it considerably speeds up your jungle, and a little AD and armor pen won't mean much since you do almost exclusively magic damage."
