"The thing about underrated is that some champs are strong enough, but they don't see play because they don't fit the meta.
Best example is ziggs. He was always OK, but when the meta shifted to slower mid meta, he became more playable.

you are. Warrior and hunter hero power are the weakest by far, but the hunter's isn't that bad in arena, but bad in constructed where warrior's is useless in arena (except against fatigue -_-) but ok in constructe"

Wings played a bit of AD blitzcrank in season 3. It's nothing compared to a lot of other tops, but it's fun as balls and not that awful. You don't go any attack speed...
