I understand how to balance items, runes, masteries, and champions in general. Your build is really not balanced at all and if you would like to try to 1v"

No armor runes, no escape, Gl not dying 100 times in lane. Try armor pen marks/quints, armor seals, flat/scaling mr blues. MS quints are pretty good on sion as w"
