"Hi. There is some OK information around here if you poke around, just look at high elo guides ONLY. If you want a scrub's opinion on a tier list, check out my tier list in the signature. Will give you a good idea of what's strong in today's meta for any skill level.

Happy for the competition though, but I scratch my head about 75% of your choices, namely anivia tier 3 and missing champions, like rumble for top."
