Ahri: Increase hp/lvl by 5-10
Akali: Unnerf either her q or r
Alistar: Give his headbutt back its range
Ashe: Rework her passive/e
Brand: make his ultimate consistent, give his 'e' spell back its original range on launch
Dr. Mundo: Reduce his health costs of his level 1 spells by 50% and have them scale up to their original costs at spell level 5. Mundo's early clear is too painful in the new jungle, reduced cost on his abilities will definitely be a quality of life thing.
Corki: Un-nerf his passive, reduce q mana cost by 20%
Fiora: Dunno.
Galio: Reduce q casting cost, increase base armor, increase the range on his ultimate slightly, make enemies that walk INTO the opposite direction of your (into the wind) gust have slowed movespeed slightly. Like 20/25/30/35/40 MS slow.
GP: Make his ultimate more reliable, reduce his mana costs by 10-15% across the board.
Heimerdinger: 3 turrets. Reduce their power vs champions slightly. Increase his movespeed to 335 or 340.
Karma: Reserving decision based on upcoming buffs.
Mordekaiser: I wish he had a real passive. It's kind of like the ninjas: It'd be like if their energy mechanic was their passive. Akali, passive: Ninja, this unit uses energy. Pretty ****ty, eh? Make his abilities just generate the shield and give him a real passive.
Poppy: reduce mana costs on non ultimate abilities across the board by 50% and make her passive work on true damage. Make her ultimate cleansable by qss and summoner cleanse.
Rengar: rework incoming
Sejuani: rework incoming. in the meantime i'd make her w do 25-50% bonus damage to minions and monsters.
Shyvana: Make her E aoe and also leave behind a small burning AoE. This will improve her clear.
Sion: New ult pls
Sivir: 50 more range, lower mana costs across the board by 20-33%
Urgot: rework pls. I would lower his mana costs but also lower his attack speed and turn him into a mid or a top.
Vi: give her the 3 AD back.
Viktor: Give him a 6th item. Evolve a spell like Khazix.
Yorick: give him 10 movespeed and slightly higher defensive level 1 stats.
Zilean: rework. He's extremely antiquated and he just doesn't work anymore. Great ultimate, great e, garbage damage. He's not a mage, and he's not a support.

And yea, getting the movespeed from Q core would only be worthwhile if the stats didnt suck.
They could easily tweak some numbers around on it. or perhaps only non-damage upgrade like; Yellow Core; makes the storm move much faster, Blue core; Makes the silence effect longer, red core; increases the AoE of the initial blast and ongoing AoE

Meh I don't think his ultimate really needs it. It properly scales to late. He needs to get more utility and darn it riot, give the poor man some mobility!

Solcrushed intentionally made those OP though. i like the idea of an ult evolution, but yea that was overboard.
Ult evolution is gonna be OP in general. The ult is ******ed to begin with, the numbers are just insane. For example a first upgrade on power could increase the shield's duration and/or power whilst the second upgrade could give a rylai's-like slow on it.
Thats the most likely fix they will implement. Judging by those leaked cores awhile back they are also toying with giving him a
Yeah saw those, they were plain OP. That would've made viktor less balanced than the current thresh.
They already said any reworks to Viktor will not remove that item because it's "part of his lore and thats how people like him"
They said they are basically going to upgrade the cores further or overhaul them. Personally, Im ok with doing augment death every game, it's more the usability of his abilities that concerns me, like his shield never coming back in time, or how the range on W makes it impossible to use it offensively in any way without blue core. Lowering his mana costs could go a long way too.

you don't have a problem going augment death everytime..but why should you have to? I mean..if the other two choices are so useless that no one considers them why even have the other two choices? maybe they should actually make you consider which is best...that alone tells me that there is a problem with his augment item.
