Also I think Karthus is somewhat decent in solo queue because you can basically afk in your lane and win teamfights really easily. He also punishes mistakes really well in lane and can be played really aggressively...
AD kennen sucks because he DOESN'T scale with AD and his ultimate is very useless late game.
You either go tanky, provide less damage than AP would, become a cc bot with little damage output, or go squishy, get melted in a teamfight or get forced out of one without a zhonya's like ap would.
and you're basically advocating for double ad which is pretty dumb (besides ezreal)

Also, they killed AD Kennen long ago. Stop trying to keep him alive.
@AD kennen: I don't see a situation where running that would be good. Tanky AP is the default kennen build because his strong laning phase transitions into a great teamfight skirmish champion. AD kennen forces either tankiness or damage, one without the other. basically sacrifices so much potential for just extra aa damage. don't see how it's worth.
I don't see how AD Kennen is worse than AP because he's less tanky as an ADC. AD Kennen has a strong laning phase as well, and is also strong in teamfights, I mean he has tons of damage because he's an ADC. He might even potentially have higher damage than some of the other adc's because he can stun you over and over again and get free damage.
