Hello. Here is my tier list, broken down by roles. Certain champions in a favorable lane matchup are better than they are depicted on this list. For example, J4 top would be heavily favorited against a higher tier character if he has a better matchup than they do.
When I write my tier lists, champions in a tier I consider of equal power, unlike elementz's. So, a champion who is #1 in tier 3 is not necessarily stronger than the last person in tier 3. That's just how I choose to do things. If your champion is not mentioned, it probably means they suck so hard I forgot to include them. If I DO forget a champion, please mention it and I will add them. If I don't mention a champion for a role, IE jayce in jungle tier list, it probably means I don't consider them 'competent' enough for that role, or maybe I just forgot them.
Jungle:
God tier: Vi
Tier 1: Amumu, Hecarim, Xin Zhao
Tier 2: Dr. Mundo, Jarvan IV, Jax, Nocturne, Shaco, Cho'gath, Lee Sin,
Tier 3: Shen, Olaf, Udyr, Zed, Malphite, Elise, Kha'zix, Rammus, Fiddlesticks
Tier 4: Volibear, Warwick, Trundle, Skarner, Maokai, Sejuani, Rengar, Nautilus, Pantheon, Master Yi, Kayle
Shyvana Tier: Shyvana
Jungle Vi, Hecarim, and Amumu has made all other junglers obsolete. The emergence of Vi suprised us all, and holy **** is it imbalanced. Give it a shot, if you want I can write a guide on how to play it, as dictated by xj9 himself. Hecarim used to be god mode, but since his early game is so much weaker than Vi's, he has fallen quite a bit.

Tier 1: These guys are godly. They are amazing. You want these champs on your team, end of story. They may have some bad matchups in lane, but whatever. These guys rock.
Tier 2: On their own, these guys are still pretty damn powerful. You may pick this character to counter a tier 1 pick. These guys can carry just as hard and contribute just as much as tier 1 characters.
Tier 3: These guys are still very decent, but they're a bit more niche. You would probably only pick this to counterpick, and if you pick it into nothing, you might be in trouble. Most of these characters can contribute quite a bit, but it may take more effort to make them work.
Tier 4: These guys really don't have much in their kit that makes them better than anyone else. They are EXTREMELY niche. With an extremely skillful hand, someone can master this champion and still do tons, but if they devoted that much time and effort into a t1 or t2 champ, they could do way more. They aren't dodgable necessarily, but you won't be excited to have them on your team. It's VERY unlikely they will carry or do anything important. Pray they don't feed.
**** tier: stay away from these trolls. If you play any of these champs, stop immediately. These champions are such **** that you will forever be fighting an uphill battle against your awful kit. Sure, you can contribute and maybe even win a lane every once in a while, but these champs are just ****. stay away.

Also, I feel as though MF belongs in tier 1 for ADC, she simply has so much damage throughout the entire game and works well with almost every support and gets free easy kills.
I'll state my opinions tier by tier.
Top: Elise needs to be tier 1, and tier 1 rumble is really iffy. I just don't see lee sin as a tier 1 top either after the removal of armor on his w and range on his e making trades more unfavorable to him.
Jungle: I feel like Dr. Mundo is a bit too high and Jax is definitely too high. Haven't experimented with Kayle too much but she seems to be tier 3 looking at the champs in it but I can't say for sure how I feel about her. Rest seems fine.
Support: Don't really play it but it looks fine.
ADC: Ashe over draven and twitch considering how strong they are in lane seems a bit much, even if they do fall off a bit. Lack of a steroid against new Randuins seems really hard for someone like ashe to deal with.
Mid: Only thing I really disagree with is Ahri in tier 2 in new league of warmogs, since it doesn't seem like she has the damage to kill people at all after they finish warmogs, but I'm not really a big mid player.
Elise: I disagree. I think she doesn't have any kill potential or escapes and that holds her back. Her poke is great, but nothing to *** in my pants over.
jungle: You might be right about mundo, but I feel jax is very underrated. I will assess these later.
I feel draven and twitch have such poor teamfighting that they're really held back. Twitch is too much risk all game, and draven's teamfighting is dump-tastic. I think the utility ashe brings all game is stellar. She has the best initiation spell in the entire game.
I still feel that Ahri is quite strong. She has one of the best initiation spells in the entire game and her mobility and utility is strong all game. Vs warmogs, consider rylais->Liandrys. Her fox-fire is single target and will proc the full amount.
AD nid top is very dominant. She's quite the lane bully and has extremely dominant split pushing capabilities. standard ADC runes, and you want boots 2 of your choice, frozen fist and warmogs. Everything else is up to you. I might pick up a shiv afterward for mobility+enhanced split pushing. Once you get to a point where you are dominating your lane opponent, encourage your team to group as 4 and fight for objectives while you split push top. If your lane opponent goes and groups with his team, tell your team to just bait fights but not to actually engage while you take tower after tower.
I feel that akali edges out diana in a lot of ways. Diana is pretty inescapable and is an unparalleled roamer, but her mid game teamfighting is **** and she can be denied in the laning phase extremely hard. Akali forces pink wards on your opponents and you can farm with relative ease in a lot of matchups. Both can be shut down by CC, and diana does get tankier, but akali can snowball much harder.
I keep seeing praise for Nidalee top popping up all over the place. In the High division streams i've been watching, she seems to get banned a good deal of the time. I understand a few things about her top lane: she can split push very well, and can harass melee champs in lane exceptionally well. However, curious if you could go into detail on what makes Nidalee T1 top and how I should be looking to build/play her to succeed?
In my games I've noticed split-pushing to be somewhat ineffective as most random teams don't just hold a tower and clear waves to give me time to push lanes and force enemy teams to make a choice - and let's face it, in teamfights nidalee doesn't really have the same utility as a lot of other top laners. But Akali did get stronger this season, her lane phase isn't necessarily poop on top of feedjuice.
