"The game doesn't throw you under the bus for leaving 1 game for an emergency/connectivity issues.
The game, however, does throw you under the bus for 20-30+ pattern disconnects. I think you're fear in without warrant, though your disgust with the league community comes without poor reasoning.

But for the most part, I honestly think Jinx works best with Leona, given how you can completely lock down a target by way of Leona's snare + traps. You can lock someone in place for roughly 4 seconds.
