Yeah but getting Wit's End against Shen/Akali/Kennen/Garen/Vladimir might do damage, but you're paying money for a useless mana sap. So I'd say if they have 2 or more champions without mana, then don't get Wit's End."

"You have The Black Cleaver (45 ArPen), Youmuu's Ghostblade (20 ArPen), but then you use your lance (26% ArPen) and Last Whisper (40% ArPen). Using % ArPen with flat ArPen reduces the cost-efficiency of last whisper - I suggest you ditch the Black Cleaver and the Youmuu's Ghostblade."
