"New wit's end is great on non-crit auto-attack champions. 42 damage is 3 less than a BF sword (1650) for not that much more gold and a bunch of attack speed and magic resist. It seems to me like it'd be good on kog'maw, because it's the second best on-hit item in the game right now.

Only thing I'd disagree with is the roam list; there are other supports that can roam, such as maokai and lux, and there are non-supports that can roam, such as pantheon (to an extent, seen it in a few livestreams) and evelynn."
