Not quite sure about the tempest / cripple changes though. That spell was a one point wonder, and frankly, i just don't see it becoming usefu"

If it is a long range skill shot, like a nidalee spear, or a thresh/blitz hook, or something like xertah's Q, i think smartcast with range indicators would be best, since landing those skillshots is so core to the kits of certain ch"
