"AP Ezreal is not as viable as AD or Hybrid right now imo. I've played 5 types of Ezreal ( AD, AP, Hybrid, On-hit, Jungler), he's my main, and I can tell you that. AD is just... better.
Still, it IS a good build for Ezreal and you put a lot of effort in it. +1"
